Building on strong safety and efficacy results from our clinical studies, the Phase 2 trial allows us to optimize dosing regimens, monitor safety in a larger group, and measure how the treatment impacts quality of life.

To qualify for the study, the patient must meet the following criteria:

Patient must be 9 years and older with a clinical diagnosis of acne vulgaris and medical history of or presenting with acne nodules and/or moderate to severe inflammatory acne lesions.
Patient must be in general good health.
Patient should be able to comply with study instructions and/or return to the clinic for required visits.
Patient must be accompanied by the parent or legal guardian if patient is less than 18 years of age.
Female subjects of child-bearing potential must have negative urine pregnancy test prior to treatment, should not be breastfeeding, and should be willing to use contraception for the duration of the follow-up period of the study.
